Caribbean Vinaigrette

This dressing is great for chicken, seafood or vegetable salads. And this dressing will make your dinner, lunch or snack what it should be, delicious.

Ingredients

- 2 tsp brown sugar

- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 1 garlic clove , pressed

- 1/2 tsp hot Iguana pepper sauce

- 1/4 cup Pirates Blend Caribbean Condiment

Directions

In a bowl , mix the sugar and vinegar until the sugar has dissolved.

Add the lemon juice and then whisk in the oil slowly, followed by the rest of the ingredients. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

Preparation time: 10 minutes. Serves 6-8.
