Thai Sting Peanut Dip

This sweet heat is hard to beat, but real easy to make. A classic accompanyment for spring rolls, egg rolls, chicken or shrimp skewers, dippin' veggies n' such... heck, you can pour it on any Asian dishes you like too.

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup coconut milk (repeat after me... I will not use "lite" coconut milk)

- 4 to 8 tablespoons BeeSting Brand Honey n' Habanero pepper Sauce (to taste)

- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar

- 1 tablespoon chopped roasted peanuts (or use chunky peanut butter if you have to but it doesn't look as good)

- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro or basil

Directions

Uno: Combine coconut milk, BeeSting Honey n' Habanero, vinegar and peanut butter in a small bowl. Microwave for a few seconds to soften peanut butter and blend well. Dos: refrigerate until ready to serve. Tres: Sprinkle with peanuts and cilantro just before serving.
