Clam Digger's Dip

Makes about 1 1/2 cups


- 1 8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1 6.5 oz minced clams, drained- but leave 2 tablespoons juice

- a dash of Iguana Brand Red Cayenne Pepper sauce

- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon Tamarindo Bay sauce and marinade


In a small mixer bowl, beat cheese, cour cream, dash of Iguana Red, and reserved clam juice until smooth and well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, chill, and serve with potato chips. Store in refrigerator.
