Chipotlé Chicken Wraps

For those who want to put a bit of a twist on the traditional sliced-bread sandwich, then do what so many other people are doing, and wrap it up.Easy to make wrap... can be just a quick snack, or a filling meal


- 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut-up into 1/2”+ cubes

- 1 tbs garlic, minced Pinch of dried rosemary

- 1 tbs olive oil

- Smoky Iguana Chipotlé Pepper Sauce

- Large flour or whole wheat tortillas

- 1 cup chopped tomatoes

- 1 cup shredded lettuce (mix up a couple of your fave kinds of the green)

- Salt & pepper(Chopped pitted olives if you like ‘em too)


Preheat a sauté pan on medium heat & cook garlic in the olive oil for 30 seconds, add chicken cubes, pinch of rosemary, and salt & pepper to taste, and continue to sauté until chicken is cooked. Remove from heat... Fill chicken cubes into tortilIas in a line below center from l to r to within 1” of ends, slather with Smoky Iguana Chipotlé Pepper Sauce. Layer the lettuce & tomato on top of the line of chicken, add salt & pepper to taste. Fold over the ends of the tortilla onto your perfect line of goodies to prevent it from splooshing out the ends and roll it up. Enjoy with... you guessed it Dr. Science, cold beer!
